The bulk standard frequency range is 165 - 169 mHz in 12.5 kHz steps nfm, with very few possibly down about 85 - 86 mHz.

Picking out individual companies is hard, unless you have close call or a frequency counter and like hanging around taxi offices or ranks. If you want a particular, even try travelling in one and listen for the controller later. Some taxi companies are computer controlled too, where hire's are sent by data rather than voice. Some have radio's for emergencies only.

The last one is usually a railway frequency in mainland UK, platform staff and shunting ops etc, but might be different for Northern Ireland. I know NIR are on 166.175, no mainline trains are close to that over here.
