President George II UK PRICE!
UK price of the George II announced today by Knights Electrocom:
£339 standard
£349 expanded
Plus £9.95 delivery
So that's £358.95 to get an expanded radio to your door.
Equivalent to €414
That's a lot of money for a CB radio especially one with the same board inside as the CRT 3900, CRT 7900V, ARES II etc.

Moonraker had them listed at £300 but they had none in stock.

Agreed............I ain't buying no more new CBs at that price tag, it's not even made by uniden.....better off with a used mobile hf set for a few more quid.....or a 7900 etc.LondonCbRadio wrote: ↑02 Oct 2023, 10:40Might as well buy a hf 100 watt old rig for that price.delboyonline wrote: ↑01 Oct 2023, 12:16 UK price of the George II announced today by Knights Electrocom:

Re: President George II UK PRICE!
It could well be a good radio but I wouldn't be willing to chance £350 on something that might be a bit of a dog like some of President's other recent SSB offerings.

Re: President George II UK PRICE!
At that price I'd rather just stick with my original George. It's probably a better radio anyway.
Never, ever, ever....bloody anything ever!
Far too many radio's to list here. But I do own a legal one...
