Q Regional Secondary Locator - Respect for the Queen

Post by MrWeetabix »

Hi All. I have heard one or two stations on air with this new NOV callsign. I was wondering if any of you got it and if so, how you found it on air?

Please note this is not a thread to voice commentary about your like or dislike for the late queen, I am just curious if this RSL actually benefitted you in any way?

Cheers all

Only valid till the end of today and then perhaps never again, so those who collect these things in the log dont have much time

I got the NOV but never had a chance to use it as I've been too busy to find any on air time. For the jubilee I had the NOV, so used a Q RSL and got others in the log.

Perhaps there'll be one for the coronation?

Yeah I wonder if we get K this time!

Just curious if anyone had been actively seeking these stations out to get them in the log, or if those who had them found that they were getting more contacts etc... IE was it beneficial overall.
