I have recently bought a 2nd hand Midland Quarantotto. Was as new and still boxed.
Was also Basic as in Standard 40 Am/Fm on CEPT/FCC frequencies.
I have already done the 120ch mod, and understand that there is a high power mod {just 10W). Simply done by cutting a wire.
Does anyone have any info regarding whether the radio audio needs tuning adjusting if i ever do this mod, As i have heard reports that
it messes up the AM tx audio quality.?
