I think I was the first (or one of the first) on TM1 to buy one of the Westland's. When mine arrived it was still sealed in its inner bag and the original but rather browned tape sealing the box was unbroken. So maybe the better radio's were sent out first possibly to get more buyers through forums and word of mouth.
Never, ever, ever....bloody anything ever!

Far too many radio's to list here. But I do own a legal one...

Most people probably returned them because of the odd colour that Westland decided to paint them in ;)

Looks like a good reason to steer clear of them ....

Indifferent but quite unique.
I did consider buying one of these Westland radio's but with it being similar to my petruse I didn't think the price was justified.
The Lafayette AFS looks similar to my Euro CB Colorado but I didn't see them for sale so I guess I missed both

I've taken quite a liking to my Westland. It's one of only two Cybernet radio's I own. The other being a very nice example of the Multimode 2 which I've had for several years now.

I bought mine as I haven't been able to find a nice, boxed Concorde 3.

You can buy mine if you like? £500 and a Curly Whirly bar is the going rate on ebay I believe ;)

Mine's on display on the shelving and looks nice, apart from the fact that I've got 5 pairs of speakers sat in front of my SSB stuff at the moment. Roll on car boot season!

I have recently bought a AFS - 1005. I must say that I'm impressed with it. It's so small and compact compared to my Adams. It's one that's been set up by Nick so of course worse well. If you get chance to get one go for it.
