General aviation HF info

Hey all
Getting back into aeronautical HF to see what's going on. No decent antenna due to being in an apartment, so I'm settling on getting what I can from Shanwick. Can't reach Iceland even, but maybe propagation is just terrible.
Findings:
The only frequency I get any success on is 4651... which I didn't even know was a busy frequency and just stumbled on it.
Times it works: very early morning and late evening. Very strong signal 10pm ish.
Hear all the westbound freighters which check in at 20 degrees west for SELCAL check. Weirdly don't seem to hear anything flying Eastbound.
Anyone know what frequency eastbound ones would be on? Or do they just check in at 30 degrees and I can't hear them? Seems odd.
Anyway so far it's better than expected but literally limited to a single frequency.
