Since fareham dropped down after 7 pm
Lots of strange noises does anyone know what it is please is it static

This was on 4.718
Then after midnight non stop noise strong signal on 3.023 megahertz

Does anyone know if UK rescue using
4.718 tonight or 3.023 and what time there dropping down
