Hi am picking this frequency up from Flint, 455.6350. It's showing as DMR Slot1 Encrypted on my ubcd3600. I have looked on Wtr browser and nothing is listed. Any ideas who the user is? Thanks.

Had a look on WTR Browser, it could be Flintshire County Council on 455.650 transmitting from Flint..

Thank you, I have Flint saved and never seen ENC on it before. I'll leave it on the Flint frequency tomorrow.
