foreign interference
I turn on my cb yesterday to find that a lot of the channles where busy with week signals that sounded like foreigners. I then turned my scanner on and found similar voices below the cb frequencys. can anyone explain this?

RE: foreign interference
Sounds like there was some skip coming in and below the cb frequencies could of been the 10m amateur band aswell.
Sounded like foreigners, because it was if you'd noted down any callsigns you'd heard you'd be able to tell which country they were in.
Welcome to the world of HF propagation! keep listening and im sure you'll hear it again before long.
