what licence will need to use sepura srh3800w

hi there am new to all this just need some help i just bought some sepura srh3800w and just need to know what licence would be best.

the chap who sold to me has give me this info

Yes TG1
Is on 420.1250 which is the default talkgroup on tetra radios. The others are in 25khz steps up, so TG2 is 420.150, TG3 is 420.175 etc

so if any one could help it would big help
