yaesu ft-90 out of lock

hi... iv got a little ft-90 and the damn thing unlocks itself when it gets hot and i cant use it until it cools down

i know its a 50watt unit, but this happens when im only using 5 watts and its annoying.

i wonder if it needs aligning or something and can anyone do it lol

Sounds like it might be a cold solder joint to me though.

iv no idea....its ok till it gets hot and then it says "out of lock" or something similar on the display
