It probably only needs the semis that see the full supply voltage - RF outputs and the audio IC, and maybe a few electrolytics. Can't remember fixing it, will dig it out and see what's up with it later, and post a pic of it here.

This thread is for rare factory made Cybernets though I think, there was another one for "most modified"...

I've always been on the lookout for one, but other than an advert in a magazine in about 1982, I'm yet to see one. I think Securicor or similar had got involved with possible distribution rights from memory.
