Re: Shannon and shanwick frequencies
Would I be right in thinking that anything I hear on Shanwick SOTA frequency (135.525) has to be over the West side of Ireland?

The antenna farms are in Ireland, for HF, and no doubt the VHF as well.

Re: Shannon and shanwick frequencies
Don't profess to be an expert, but have found the following Shannon frequencies referred to. Not sure which areas they cover and there seems to be a High/Low split in various sectors.
As well as these Shannon frequencies there are a number of others for the Dublin area - notably 129.180 and 135.655
Try these for Shannon
120.040
122.980
124.700
127.130
131.150
132.150
134.260
135.230
135.655
136.255
Let us know how you get on!
