Just dug this out of my cuberd after some years. Can someone tell me what the antenna socket on the left hand side is used for the one on the right says antena.but no label on the other one

Originally there is no antenna socket on the left side
You have to open to see where the plug is connected

Ok that's the silver box you can see the coax attached.

I believed that it is an add-on TV IF module for watching TV. and its likely to be analogue.
Then again I may be completely wrong.

The silver box is supposed to be there. The extra SO239 socket suggests it's had the HF mod done to it.
