Aye a can see it too , but when you write your message out it states " add recipients"
then you add Nicks user name it says something like "the user may have turned off the PM function"

He is maybe busy and not taking on anymore work just now
but i am reluctant to use anybody else as i have dealt with Nick in the past.

cheers

The last time that I used him I got the impression that he wasn't taking on as much work.

You can email me via the email button as I get those, I turned off PM because it can sometimes go unread for days since forum changeover I stopped getting PM notifications in my email, but I check emails regularly

Not as much as I used too, there’s a few I don’t want to do anymore too
Any Ham radios
Amplifiers (of any kind, 9 times out of 10 they are just uneconomical to repair)
Jumbo
Excalibur
Saturn
Or other rebadged types, Mainly because posting them can cause damage to PCB from flexing, but I may consider it if it’s dropped off and collected, smaller bases for example Madison is ok
Ranger (except ranger 3900)
Belcom LS
There may be some others but I can’t think of them off the top of my head

That's fair enough Nick. It must be frustrating trying to fix certain radios that are known for being troublesome.

I know that you are not keen on Jesan's either. Especially the white ones with marine channels. ;)

And I'm glad to see you're still willing to take in Fidelity 1000's and 3000's Nick.

Good man ;)
