FRG-8800 repair?

Hi, my FRG-8800 LSb button isn't working anymore (or rather, the mode).

I realise it's an old radio, but can anyone recommend someone who might be able to take a look at it?

Nice reciever your lucky its the switch and not the cpu'' well known for that fault !! this may help 2 min search could be a diode at a quick glance on the schematic?- https://www.opweb.de/english/company/Ya ... ID6210.pdf free down load!

Thanks for that. I've taken a look and, despite it being 35 years since I last did anything component level, I have an idea where the fault is now! It's not the switch side of things as the problem remains when controlled by PC using CAT but doesn't appear to be an issue with the IC as all the other modes works and very occasionally, LSB does spark back into life for a second.
