467.210 MHz

Post by illegal_protogen12 »

in the bellevue area, i have noticed a strange 2 beep tone, repeating every 20 seconds on 467.210 MHz. Does anyone know what it is? it has been going for several days at least. I also use shortwave, so i am wondering is this a number station on HAM?

I live about 5 miles to the east of Belle Vue (the one in Gorton) and I've been listening for this for a few days. There is a very weak signal that goes 'peep-peep' every now and then. It's so weak I have to listen in SSB mode with a narrow bandwidth to hear it. Looks like it's closer to you than me.

Thanks, that helped narrow it down. This rules out things like other countries broadcasts, and now i think it's a repeater's channel marker or similar.
