According to this document (http://www.buckscom.com/pdfzips/ge_rang ... io_use.pdf) the 60W version draws 15A.

Re: Passed my intermediate And 6m Radio
THREAD FROM THE DEAD!
At the age of 29 years i finally passed my driving lisence and i'm finally installing this radio in my first car! a radio i bought when i was 16-17 years old will finally be seeing some use, powered it up in my shack into a dummy load its making 40w at the moment at stays cool at that. will be sure to post some pictures once i get the head unit mounted in the car and the main unit in the boot,
unsupringly for a big commercial unit like this it fired straight back into life after having not been powered up for 10+ years

Congrats, get some 6M SSB kit in the car too and work the world. I used to chat Stateside, all EU, Russia and further on the way to work a couple of cycles ago.
Enjoy!
Enjoy!
