They are 6mm square . There is a small tab on one side which makes it a bit longer (6.7mm) . They are 12mm high . 6 pins as in the photos . Hope that helps . Maybe the 5.8 x 5.8 mm ones in Otters post from Ali Express might do the trick ?

Thanks Paul,

I'll see about getting a small selection of different ones to try... hopefully can find a cheap alternative.

Had a reply from Barkett, $27 for a complete set of switches and caps... which is alot considering what your actually buying...

but... they want $48 on top to post the things!?! :shock:

<Link>
I don't have any originals to check the dimensions unfortunately...

Picked up a joblot of bits off eBay with a couple of these boards for a project but none have the original switches. {bnghd}
The Aliexpress advert has the dimensions of the spacing of the holes. You could measure the holes you have and purchase accordingly. The caps to go on the switch could have to come from the American link though. I'm sure they must be available elsewhere, but I haven't found them yet.

I think a 3D printer would be your best best for those. A guy did some ADAMS caps a while back for me using one and they came out great.

I've ordered some 5.8mm ones to see if they'll work. :thumbup:

Theres some one in Italy doing resin printed knobs and caps, look pretty good from the pics, but yet again... postage makes them overly expensive!

I've got a FDM printer so might have a go myself... :thumbup:

I believe the Aliexpress 5.8mm switches will not match. The pin layout seems to be more wide. See pictures here in a German ebay auction.

We could always send Ranger an email and ask them . I don't know what they're like on replying , but there's no harm in trying .
