Repairs to old school radios

Hi, My old Grandstand base rig has thrown it's toys out the pram so I'm looking for a reputable rig doctor within about 50 miles from Aldershot to administer a bit of cpr.
All ideas and suggestions appreciated, although turning it into a flowerpot would be last resort.

There are a couple of "rig doctors" that use this forum, but I don't think even the nearest one to you is within 50 miles. If you're willing to post it instead then perhaps one of them will reply and offer their services if they're not too busy.
