Anyone picked up any traffic for the filming crews hobbing around Cornwall.

i think we heard a peado sting or film crew in Nottingham the other week.
using 446 but covered a massive area so weren't on 0.5w radios in the built up area i was.

didn't find them, and i think they were using DCS and no hits on CTCSS unless using the unofficial tones.

They were filming an episode of 'The Grand Tour' in the Brecon Beacons a few weeks back and it is a bit far for me to hear any comms, but my 'man on the ground' in that area reliably informed me they were using channels 6, 7 and 8 of PMR446.

Obviously they can't afford a license, but it just shows to check the basic things first before hunting the spectrum as apparently an increasing number of production companies are using the license free allocation.
