Glasgow City Council noise complaint team frequency

Glasgow City Council has noise complaint officers that attend property's between 5pm to 3am does anyone know the frequency its not the community safety who operate on 166 frequencys they apparently come plain clothed and in plain cars any info?

Didn't appear to be carrying any radios when they've visited us (had a nightmare neighbour a while back), just phones. You're correct, they do travel in plain clothes/cars, with ID only produced once they're on your doorstep; helps stop the perpetrator work out where the complaint is coming from.
