DA28 Lincoln scan mod

Hi all.....Thanks for looking....I have a President Lincoln however everytime i press the Ch up/down the frequency dials back to zero.....Moons ago SJ Tonks did a scan mod DA28 scan mod board to over come this problem.
Has anyone have a board or mod to overcome this problem please ? :?:

Scanning the normal 40 channels is only possible in band g. Otherwise only zero frequencies are possible in all other bands.
