hf frequencies

hi, lads I am looking for hf volmet continuous frequencies if there are any to test my antennas .....I have tried some like..shanwick 3.016--Shannon 5.5048--raf volmet 5.450 and so on ............what frequencies do you listen to.

I use 5.505 usb as a yardstick to gauge conditions around 60m.
Alinco DR135DX, Baofeng UV-5R, TYT MD380 (UHF), Realistic Pro-2035, JRC NRD-545 DSP, whitestick and ½ wave silver pole on the chimney and various lengths of wire draped around the garden.

Hi try to see if you can get these sydney australia 6676,11387 00+30,auckland new zealand 6679,8828,13282 20+50.

The guy is looking for a signal that's always there Lino so he can tinker with his antennas, the ones you suggest don't fall into this category.

no I have not tried them but will have a listen for them, but I still need a frequencie that you can monitor at least for 2_3 hours at a time.......if there is any. but thanks anyway.

I always use the German RTTY Weather broadcasts to test antennas and propagation

DDH47 147.3 kHz
DDK2 4583 kHz
DDH7 7646 kHz
DDK9 10100.8 kHz
DDH9 11039 kHz
DDH8 14467.3 kHz
