superstar 3900 crt.

Hi to all members have bought ss3900 crt from ebay radio is working exept will not move bands and is stuck on mid band. Band nob a to f not working also 10 kc switch all other controls ok . Does any one know the problem or can sugest fix . thanks.

does the SWR CAL knob pull out ??
thats usually a switch for CEPT to export..
or failing that, inside the rig there might be a switch on a board, again, CEPT to export mod.
