Map's a bit rubbish but you can get the basic route.

JFMG and Short Term Hire freqs worth checking. Some transmitters may be set up a day or so before actual use.

163.25 DCS274 Stage times. Must be a high power repeater — I can pick it up near Birmingham!

They're occasional transmissions, not continuous, also seem to be some data/selcall bursts.

This is clearly a co-ordinated network as some frequencies are re-used in 3 or more locations. Some freqs are listed twice cos they seem to fit into 2 nets.
Some of the locations are very remote, I can only think of the rally that would need such a number of channels in such a location.
Some of the grid references are a bit suspect, one is in the middle of a bog, yet 500m away is a hill top; another seems to be 300m from a marked transmitter. Perhaps they are only approximate or nominal locations.
(The Builth Wells allocation might also be used for the Royal Welsh Show.)
