I like to know how to build a HF SWR, I am looking for the first part the box and can not get it. Anyone that can help me to find one please let me know.

When you say SWR do you mean Short Wave Radio? Or an SWR meter?

Why don't you go to ebay, buy an old SWR meter like <this>, rip the guts out and build your project in there. It has the bonus of coming with the moving coil meter, pot, switch, and connectors. Plus all the metal bashing is done.
