MD-UV380 or AT-D868UV?

Im lookng at getting into DMR radio and want something not too expensive to get me going. Im looking at two radios, the TYT MD-UV380 and AnyTone AT-D868UV?

Anytone is my choice being new to DMR I found it easier to program and use.

AnyTone AT-D868UV is definitely better.

Is the anytime one you can programme DMR info cc etc from the front panel ?
