Quick update - I replaced the 3 capacitors in that area and fired up the radio. The RX was alive and I could hear some distant stations as well as someone on Dundry Hill on the southern edge of Bristol about 6 miles away, as well as myself on my handheld. But....after a couple of minutes the RX started to fade until after about 10 seconds the needle was on zero and my handheld signal was only at about S3 instead of 30+, so unfortunately it's not one of those ones.

It's now going on ebay for spares or repairs as I can't find any time nowadays to do anything in the old loftshack. If it doesn't sell, then maybe I'll get round to replacing a few more one day :)

Cool...keep 'em coming lol ;)

It's had a bid retraction already from a zero-feedback bidder, so they've now been blocked from bidding on anything I sell...forever...MUHAHAHAHA!! :)

I didn't realise he's the leading bidder on my 934mhz aerial at the moment before I blocked him from bidding. He messaged me and asked if I can wait an extra week for payment if he wins it? That'll be a no, plus if he tries to add any more bids, theyll now be bounced back, just to confuse him...Double-MUHAHAHAHA!!!

Wayne Dance, WADA (many other wada names) lives in a nut house in Derby.
many many complaints about him on facebook.
even to the extreme of contacting cygnet and complaining to them..

i'd love to meet the bell end.!!
I want to Die Asleep like my Grandad did,
Unlike his Passengers, Screaming and Shouting.!

I had another bidder with a 20 feedback score send me a few messages, and they had a very similar way of typing to Wada, so I wasn't sure if he'd used a second account as I'd blocked his other one. Luckily, he didn't win any of my items anyway.

You're welcome. I believe in looking out for each other :)
He bid on an auction of mine but I spotted his M.O. and removed his bid and blocked him.
He also bid way over what the item was worth, so knew he would retract it, but |I got there first, lol.
