Possible Repair - PCMA001S - Variable Inductor Coil?

Advice on another forum suggests a Toko 119AC30099R might be a good alternative, so I've ordered one...

See if it works when it arrives! :think:

They're simple to repair Peter . Just remove the metal can , and carefully unwrap the 475 meters of 0.00001mm wire , looking for any breaks and damage on the way . One you've found the break , then resolder it with a 150W soldering iron . Re-wrap the wire , replace metal cap , and job done :)

Thats the sort of thing I would have a go at doing, or at least count the turns and try replacing with new! :shifty: :wtf: :silent:

But, T7 wasn't there when I got it... thats the reason I need one. :(
