There is no battery pack inside my Catswhickers either, but as you can see, possibly an 8-pack battery case would do the job with rechargeables in it. You can get 1.5 or 1.6v AA rechargeable batteries nowadays as I bought some recently, rather than the normal 1.2v which will drop the TX power output down.

That's cool, thanks for posting that up. I've never seen a Catswhiskers box before
Regarding the batteries, you could make up a pack for your other one using these, wired in series as per the other ones you have:

I think these are a tiny bit smaller in size so fitting should be easy. They'll give you 12v output.

Have you seen one of these before? It’s a Catswhiskers test box, it’s designed to test the radios wiring loom, loud speakers and PA horn.

I don't recall seeing one of those before. It's a nice little gizmo for your collection of Catswhiskers stuff though
