Ranger counter mod

Hi.

Anyone know how to do the attached mod on the Ranger counters ?

You lose the first digit, but gain another one at the end.

I don't know Claude. There's a lot of French there to translate :) I'm on vacation just now. I'll look at it in more detail next week.

It's just moving some resistor legs Sammy - takes about five to ten mins to do

now using 1 of the front pannel switches to toggle between them 2 "modes" now that be nice

To be honest the first digit is always 2 , so it serves little purpose . I liked the mod with the transistors to make it 6 digit , but it's a lot of work .

understood bro and for most people you be right ...i just wouldnt like to sit there looking at my radio showing 7.555.0 i much rather it show 27.555 ...apples and pears bro

Actually Chris , it does look better that way with the standard 5 digits . The other way looks a bit "weird" :) I was going to try it out for an experiment anyway , just to see how it looked .
