Hey regards the sticky relay, I had a short patch lead around 15 inches long. Relay was sticking on every transmit in every mode high, low AM & SSB. I got a longer patch lead double the length of the original lead, & the amp is working a treat with every TX now.
Try longer patch lead first before you buy a new amp or send off for repairs. Cheapest & simplest troubleshoot :D
