Hi Paul, sorry I didn't find this out sooner. I did do a search for Italian CB channels when Claude posted about them only having 34 channels but I didn't get any results resembling your frequencies.
Last night I decided to see if anyone had modded the Intek on you tube, finally came across this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dLipZ3sGdTs and straight away caught glimpse of his rig on 34 and the same frequency as you!
After lots of Google translating this morning came the awful realisation that we'd been trying to diagnose a correctly working rig
So anyway after more translating and a headache later I have learned the first 25 channels are for normal CB use and the rest are allocated or maybe suggested for hunting, fishing, industry, agriculture etc Arghh! {bnghd}

Addendum..
I realise that info doesn't really help, you're still stuck with a 34 channel rig with silly channels.
What I can do if you want the rig sorted is change the channel switch for a 40 channel one and write an Eprom to convert it to the correct Channels with more bands including UK 27/81.
However this won't be for a while cos my workbench is in the loft which is full of crap with no space to work and I still haven't found my Eprom programmer.

Thats a good bit of detective work right there Alucard!
I would never have suggested the Italians had a wierd cb band.
See you never stop learning with this radio malarky.

I originally put in "Italian CB channels" into Startpage search and just got results for 43Mhz and mid band 40. If only I'd put in "canali cb italiani" the 6th result would have given me the info, Doh!

I can do it for you, save you the hassle. I'm a bit of a procrastinator though or rather I get sideswiped by other things but I'll try to focus my energy on clearing out the loft and not getting my Arduino to convert swear words into morse and other stupid pointless things I do

Hello

Super thank you very much

I would also like pictures of the PCB with GPS 637 and of the circuit side of the PCB EPT360012B and other photos if possible

Ooh CB porn

Went up in the loft this evening, so much dust my hands were black in the end from moving stuff. Still couldn't find my Eprom programmer.
I did find a Superstar 120 channel switch and display which might be just what we need for your Intek.
I think Ibcomms mentioned using a micro controller to program the frequencies which got me thinking about using an Arduino nano. This is something I need to investigate as I've only messed about with mine to make an led flash morse code and other silly stuff.
I have some concerns about using an Arduino inside a CB whether it will cause interference to the rig and if transmitting will induce currents into the Arduino making it misbehave.
If anyone has any experience with this I'd be grateful for the input ..

If you are not bothered about keeping the radio stock looking, you could knock up one of these DDS VFO systems.
http://www.ddsvfo.com/
Arduino nano, an si5351 oscillator .96" oled display, and you can even do an oled type S meter.
If you dont fancy doing it all yourself you can buy the full vfo kit already programmed.
Just an idea.

I'd use an ATMega32 or ATMega644, lots of I/O pins (32). Works like an EPROM for this with three differences:

1) You program them in circuit, only 5 wires needed. You can build and wire up first and program afterwards.
2) The I/O pins are direction programmable, any can be in or out
3) The programmers are very common and cost a fiver on eBay

If you can build the circuit, I'll draw you a circuit and code it for you, you'll only need to upload the data to the radio.
Apart from the micro it'll need a 5 volt regulator (i.e. 7805) and a few capacitors / resistors.

I wouldn't go with the DDS for that radio, it will likely degrade receiver performance.
