Consam 1320 User Manual

Post by thoroughbreed27 »

Hallo
I have a consam 1320 cb radio, does anyone have a copy of the user manual for it please, hoping it has the vco / alignment, pcb layout info in it?
What are they like as a mobile anyone had one in the past?

I think I might have given Bennie the wrong model number when I gave him the schematic and parts layout. Oops. <link>
I would be extremely surprised if there is a workshop manual.

I've got a mint, boxed one, so I'll see if I can find the box tomorrow evening and see if the instruction manual's in there (hopefully it wasn't misding when I bought it years ago). I doubt too if it has got a board layout, but it's worth a look.

The info I uploaded has the schematic and the board layout. I just think I called it a 1230 not a 1320.

Must admit, I've never heard of a 1230, but thought they might've done an AM version or something ;) If the board shows it's 27mhz FM (don't ask me to check though!) then it should be the one.

I'll see if I can fish it out and take a few pic's.
I can't scan it though sorry, as we haven't got a printer-scanner we can use and I'm working from home so haven't got use of the work one.

I can always email you the better quality pictures, or just put up some smaller-sized pictures on here.

As per my PM message... went up in the loft and annoyingly there was no manual inside the box. Bummer.

I just looked for you, but I only have the original page from the manual with the sctematic and the PCB layout. I did find a manual for a Maxcom super 4E though.

Do you think it's from out of the Super 4E box that I had from you a couple of years back Tim??? :)

I'll give you a couple of beers for it if you don't need it.

It surely is the one from that box. Remind me of your address - I don't need beers.
