EFHW Antenna Static Discharge

Hi, looking for some advice about installing a 130 ft end fed half-wave antenna. Will connect it to an SDRPlay to start with then a radio when i get my license, but worried about static build up. The antenna is one from UK Antennas, the balun has a metal back plate, so would using just a normal 20 ft aluminum pole mounted on the side of the house and touching the ground suffice for a mounting place.
