Hi from beautiful Essex.

I've been interested in radio and scanning for a long time - right back when I had to order crystals for each frequency. Things have moved on so much and now I am revisiting this interest. Some new kit but also bought some trusty old receivers to keep me familiar.

Welcome to the forum, great to have you with us. I don't envy you coming back into Scanning now, there's a lot of complexity and expensive kit required, but I suppose that's half the fun and the Chinese do a good job of copying and lowering the price of new kit so lets hope you find thhe hobby in 2021 as fulfilling as it used to be for you
