Anyone tried the Diamond MGC50 "through window " connector?
It's actually a ribbon cable connected to two SO239 sockets, that would fit through the seal in a double glazed window.
Looks handy if the house is not yours and drilling holes is not an option — but it is any good?

For RX is OK, to transmit I suggest to use RG-174 pigtail instead.
For RX you can use even satellite through window patch, no need to spend big $$
