BcTool download

Does anyone have a link to the BcTool software I use for my Uniden 3500XLT?

I managed to download a copy a few years ago for my win7 installation but i'm on 10 now and can't seem to find a link. I dont have the setup exe on my old installation but I do have the files but that doesn't work just dragging them across!

I have the version with 916 in it. I'm running with Windows 11 and it keeps shutting my laptop down. I have Freescan but it doesn't log tones.
