What bandplan is this please
Sorry for what is probably a silly question but whilst parked up in bodmin today I caught a transmission on 85.062500 fm with very clear voices and was just wondering what bandplan this is ie 20m or whatever

85.0625MHz is part of what is known as "VHF Low Band" 66 - 88MHz, the nearest ham band is 70Mhz - 4M.
The frequency is licenced by Stephen Baptiste in Bodmin, probably a cab company or similar..

VHF low band is almost deserted now, not like Ye Olde Days. I wonder what it was that you heard?
