Decoding DMR

Post by fmdx » 23 Oct 2019, 13:28

Decoding DMR in particular Mototrbo on DSD+ working no problem.

Trying to decode a user with DSD+ who are using Sepura DMR radios.

Should DSD+ decode these no problem (unless encrypted) or is Sepura DMR a different ball game? Same for Hytera??

Get some garbled audio and TG info on screen but not full readable audio. The signal is pretty weak although a user with Mototrbo DMR with same weak signal strength,I can hear.

DMR is a European ETSI standard so you should receive them all... Unless they are encrypted - not covered by the ETSI standard along with trunking..
