Sepura SRP2000

Post by Ado99 »

Hi I have some Sepura SRP2000 radios, I have had them programmed them up with all the same channels on, but there seams to be a problem with a couple of them and they don't want to seam to talk to each other, I was wondering if there was a setting we have missed.

thank you in advance.

The 2 that are giving you a problem do they talk to each other but not the others? Did they work previously but all of a sudden stopped?
Did you programme them yourself?

Hi, I believe they are radios that are being added on, I'm asking for a friend.

The problem is you can name the channel or talkgroup the same but have different settings.
Possibly not the same settings so would need reprogramming to the same as the rest.
But unless the radios are in front of me I have no way to confirm that is the case

I had a similar issue a while back programming an SRP2000 to work with some MTP850 sets {bnghd} . I put it on a back burner and that was a few years back as DMR took over in a big way.

I may have to fish them out and breakout the laptop with RM. Its been a while working with this CPS, any pointers?
