is it possable to tune the pmr446 channels into my baofeng uv-5r , What steps do i have to use to get it to get 446.00625 when i try i keep getting 446.005 ??? am i doing something wroung or what ???,

You have the steps size set wrong - set the radio to 446.000 then select step in the menu and set the step to 6.25KHz, then exit and you can set 446.00625.
