I’ve searched a lot of those frequencies in the past I never get anything tho

Not since they got rid of the Radio Officers who used to send all the morse messages and the HF radiotelephone ship-shore link-ups - now everything is done by satphone. The 'SARSAT' satellite system supposedly monitors the distress beacon frequencies and the ship-borne AIS systems tell each ship where the others are so there's not so many collisions. I suppose it works - but I left the sea in 1968 so what do I know...... :)

What about yachts or little boats like fishing boats

Most yachts in my area use VHF (specifically 67), the local yacht club uses the VHF-M channels.

There should be. Have a search for MF/HF marine frequencies, They're still active, but there's no compulsory onboard watch requirement anymore unless the installation doesn't have DSC.

I was under apprehension no vessels
Use HF short wave at all anymore
I thought they all sacked off HF
And use satellites 🛰 instead
