Superstar 2000 5 Banks Of 40 Channels.

Post by astradyne »

I don't usually go for Cybernets, but I have a Superstar 2000 on the way. The ones I've seen have all had 4 banks of 50 channels whereas this one has 5 banks of 40. Does anyone know of a particular reason for the difference?

PTBM125 and PTBM131
125 used in many radio with, erm 40 channel displays.
131 used in radio with 50 channel read outs.

i did start making a list of all boards and what radios they were used in.

That only lists one PCB for the Superstar 2000 - it doesn't list the PTBM131 board.

I nearly bought a 5 x 40ch version a little while back as it only went for just over £70 and looked in excellent nick. I decided to buy a load of Christmas lights instead though :)
