Alinco 135UK - Does it do VOX?

Hi All,

I wonder if any Alinco 135 users can tell me if it has a VOX function. Struggling to find it referenced online.

I have a project in mind, but will require VOX so I dont have to buy another interface. Cheers in advance

Morning Craig. The Alinco 135 / DX10 doesn't do VOX but President Grant 2 / Lincoln 2 and the the new McKinley all do VOX. Done a check via Knights page.

Thanks for the quick reply, its really appreciated. I think I have second-hand Alinco money to spend, but not the others! haha. The price of the newer stuff is just mad. If you shop well you can have an older HF set for that sort of money, or even one of the new Chinese SDR Radio types.... both of which would do me for what I have in mind.

I should really just build a PTT circuit, but I quite frankly dont have the time and a new Signalink is now around £100 by itself to buy! oooooowf
