CB RADIO IN FIBRAGLASS BOAT HELP NEEDED???

Ihave just bought myself a fibraglass boat which i want to fit a cb radio into it ? i have the radio a 40 ch fm radio What i am a little lost as to how i will power the radio and what sort of antenna i will need as the boat is fibraglass ( no groundplanes ) HELP NEEDED PLEASE.

Midland portapack or equivalent?
Might not be ideal, but you wont have to modify the boat of worry about anything being pinched.
