Which channel number on USB for 555

[FOX TANGO 950]

Hello all

It has been many years since I last operated CB; I purchased my Midland 80 around 1977.
Anyway, I have a nice Colt 1200DX, not the best rig in the world, but it still works, so
I was considering using it in the car.
Being a UK licensed amateur and operating the new Yaesu FOX TANGO 950 home base HF / 6m radio, I can listen to the 555 frequency.
I was wondering if someone can tell me, on which channel number on USB can I find the 555 frequency?

If your talking about 27.555 mHz, it's usually channel 12 on the "high" band - depending on the rig your using.

yup...failing that have the Fox Tango listeing on 555 and go through the channles till you get it!

I have no problem finding it on the FOX TANGO, the information was for the Colt 1200DX.

I understood that...what I meant was have the FT RXing on 555 and then TX on the colt going through the channels if it wasn't ch 12, as suggested further up this thread. Hope you get sorted
