RF choke ?

RF choke ?
If I'm to fit an RF choke onto the coax which one to get ? I've seen different ones being recommend but to avoid the red coated ones. Also would a clip on ferrite work instead, as I've got a bag full of these .

What ferrite mix size & how many turns of what diameter coax depends on what frequency you want to choke off,
you also want to make a none reactive choke if you can,
The info from G3TXQ rip has worked for me and friends multiple times.
