just noticed this gem by radioworld, where in the description have copied the price from another website
"DXPATROL SDR Receiver 100 kHz - 2000MHz MK4 99.00 € Buy now In stock, shipped in 1 or two days. ⓘ"
must not read the descriptions before copy and pasting lol!

Hope i'm not the only one who gets a chuckle out of this.

i wouldn't buy anything from Dodgy Dave..
chances are it's triple what he paid for it, untested and most of the time doesn't work.

Re: Lazy listing by radioworld
Purchased my FT-991A from Radioworld and a few filters for another radio, plus a few other bits & bobs.
Only issue I've had is two of the filters went AWOL & I had issues with them answering emails.

Re: Lazy listing by radioworld
I bought a radio and speaker, paid for them....radio arrived but no speaker. left it a few days and contacted them... apparently they didn't have them in stock. Took over a month in the end. Would have been nice to have been told this before or at least at the time of purchase.
Not great customer communication, but never had any duff kit from them.

Often the kit he advertises is not in his current stock. When he gets a customers order confirmed (i.e. gets the money) then he orders the item from the national distributors.
Even if the voices on my head aren't real, they do have some pretty good ideas

I tried to buy something from them and they didn't seem that interested in my custom. Emails answered within 24 hours or so they say, but they took a few days, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and still they weren't bothered. Went elsewhere.

Re: Lazy listing by radioworld
I dunno what is wrong with people but makes no sense whatsoever Do these people want to sell stuff? all that is going to happen is people will go elsewhere until all customer service is sh1tty and everything is cheap over priced tat and nobody will ever want to buy anything again. May as well go dumpster diving.
